  1. Five-Spice Roasted Chicken Recipe

    One of daily dishes in the families in the South of Vietnam.

    RECIPE :

    - Chicken thighs (or other pieces as desired): 1.1-1.4kg

    - Marinade: 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder + 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder + 6 tablespoons of soy sauce (Vietnamese soy sauce is preferable) + 1 tablespoon of chicken broth (or chicken broth) + 1 tablespoon of honey + 1/2 teaspoon of salt + 1 teaspoon of garlic juice + 1 teaspoon of ginger juice + 3 tablespoon of cooking oil.

    Marinate the chicken thighs and leave them overnight in the fridge.

    The next day, bake them in the oven at 250°C for 25 minutes. Then, turn the thighs over, and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes until the thighs become golden brown.

    Serve hot. Accompaniment: white rice, stir-fried (or steamed) vegetables.
